香蕉蛋糕


这几天买了好多水果,今天发现吃不完的香蕉已经熟透了,甚至快烂了。于是决定尝试自己来做个香蕉蛋糕。
上网搜寻后,发现这个网站的食谱很不错,步骤和材料都特别简单。况且它还是松软类的香蕉蛋糕食谱,正是我喜欢的香蕉糕呢!所以,就跟着做,之前做过好几次蛋糕,都没有很成功,很高兴今天做的还不错。

材料 (Ingredients) :
100g 牛油 Butter
90g 砂糖 Sugar
2 个鸡蛋 Eggs
120g 低筋面粉 Flour
1/2茶匙梳打粉 Bicarbonate of Soda
1/4茶匙发粉 Baking Powder
200g 香蕉泥 Mash Banana

步骤 (Steps):
(1) 从冰箱里拿出牛油, 鸡蛋,放在室溫解冻约2小時
(2) 低筋面粉、苏打粉和发粉过筛备有
(3) 预热烘炉180度
(4) 香蕉用叉或汤匙压烂至泥状
(5) 牛油加砂糖用电动搅拌器打至均匀,可以的话打至奶白色软滑忌状最好,约5分钟
(6) 逐一加入鸡蛋, 每次要完全搅拌才加另一个鸡蛋
(7) 加入已筛好的面粉、苏打粉和发粉
(8) 加入香蕉泥搅拌
(9) 倒入已铺好烘炉紙的焗盆中, 用180度烘约50~60分鐘,直至金黃色, 用牙签插入蛋糕中央, 取出时,若牙签干净,不会黏上面糊即可取出烘炉。

(1) Take out butter and eggs from fridge, leave it for 2 hours.
(2) Sieve flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder
(3) Preheat oven to 180 celsius
(4) Mash bananas with spoon or fork
(5) Stir butter and sugar with blender or mixer
(6) Add in eggs one by one after stir throughly
(7) Add in ingredient step No.2
(8) Add in ingredient step No.4
(9) Pour into a wrapped baking pan , bake for 50 to 60 minutes (180 celsius), until it turn into gold colour, insert a toothpick, if it does not stick with any flour paste, the cake is ready to remove from the oven.


小贴士 (Tips):
所有材料要預先存放在室温至完全和缓, 可使蛋糕更松软。
All Ingredients have to place at room temperature till completely thaw, this can help on the cake softness.
